I didn’t come into this work by accident.
Over the years, I’ve seen how much people carry—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and how often they’re expected to just keep pushing through it. At some point, that catches up in the body, in the mind, or both.
That’s what led me to this work.

I wanted to create a space where people don’t have to push through anymore… where they can actually slow down, feel supported, and start to feel better in a real way.
My background includes massage therapy, hypnotherapy, and Reiki, which allows me to work with both the physical body and the deeper patterns that keep people feeling stuck. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach—every session is tailored to what you need that day.
Some people come in for pain relief. Some for stress. Some because they just know something feels off and they’re ready for a change.
Wherever you’re starting from is okay.
I know what it feels like to carry more than you should have to—and I also know that it doesn’t have to stay that way.
My role is simply to meet you there and help you move forward—at your pace, in a way that feels grounded, safe, and supportive.
